Get in Touch to Find Out What Support Is Available to You
Every family’s needs are unique. In 2025, we provided support to 336 individuals within our community through our Therapy Centre. It's important to know that you are not alone. If you have adopted through Scottish Adoption and Fostering contact our team to discuss your situation, and we'll connect you with the right resources, services and people to help.
Examples of Support Packages
From emotional care to practical help, our support packages are designed to meet families where they are and provide the tools to move forward together.
Therapeutic Support
Access to counselling, art therapy, and trauma-informed care. We have an in-house team of specialists.
Educational Support
Strategies for parents and teachers to meet learning needs.
Peer Support
Groups for parents, carers, and young people to share experiences and advice.
Groups for Children and Young Adults
Our indoor and outdoor groups provide children and young adults with the opportunity to connect, grow and have fun. Our youngsters need peers who "get it" and our groups are designed to:
- Encourage healthy self-expression through activities and play.
- Help kids build friendships with those facing similar experiences.
- Help children have positive experiences within a group setting.
- Support resilience and coping skills in a fun, age-appropriate way.
