Our Reports
Scottish Adoption and Fostering is a registered service, and both our adoption and fostering services are inspected by the Care Inspectorate.
These independent inspections help provide reassurance about the quality of the support we offer to children, young people and families.
You can read our latest inspection reports below.
Why adoption and fostering matters
Adopters and Foster Carers come from all walks of life. Single, married, LGBTQ+, with or without children, and of varying ages — if you can provide a safe, loving home, you can be considered. We focus on your ability to care for and nurture a child, not your marital status, wealth, or background.
We would love your feedback!
Are you an adopter, foster carer, or someone who has used our support services? We’d love to hear about your experience, whether it’s been positive, negative, or somewhere in between.
